The Fairway Helpdesk is available to assist you Monday through Friday from 8am to 6pm Central Time. We are able to assist you with Email and Desktop Support requests, including Encompass installations, security certificate installations, and printer and peripheral setups. If you have an Encompass loan level issue or problem, please visit the Encompass Website. If you are having an issue with pulling credit, running DO, need a password, etc., please email branchsupport@fairwaymc.com.
